St Leger Homes is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO), wholly owned by Doncaster Council, to manage the housing stock and a portfolio of other properties on behalf of the Council.

St Leger Homes currently provide a healthcare plan to its employees and would like to continue to offer staff access to a Healthcare plan, which is designed to help employees pay for their day to day healthcare. As a minimum the healthcare provider will be expected to provide a healthcare plan with cover for dental, optical, complimentary therapies, employee assistance programme and face to face counselling. Tenderers are encouraged to propose additional benefits and services that have been identified by St Leger Homes as being important in terms of health, sickness and productivity, and following a consultation exercise with employees. The Company currently has 830 employees.

This contract is for 2 years with 2 further options to extend of up to 12 months each. The maximum contract duration is 4 years.
