Verdo A / S offers on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries Verdo Vand A / S, Verdo Varme A / S and EL-NET Kongerslev A / S a purchase of a communication network and collection system for gathering data from water, heating and electricity meters. The system must be able to retrieve data from the existing approx. 58,000 remote-readable meters, including both electricity, water and heat meters. It is Verdo's wish that the Delivery can be scaled up to handle data from another 42 000 meters, ie. a total of 100,000 meters.
Verdo A / S operates through its subsidiaries Verdo Vand A / S, Verdo Varme A / S and EL-NET Kongerslev A / S distribution of drinking water and district heating in Randers as well as electricity in Kongerslev.
In 2015, Verdo A / S, on behalf of its subsidiaries EL-NET Randers A / S, Verdo Varme A / S and Verdo Vand A / S, offered an agreement on the supply, operation and maintenance of a system for remote reading of electricity, water and heat meters (contract notice 2015 / S 210 - 381726). Kamstrup A / S won the tender and the project is expected to be completed on 31 December 2020. With effect from 1.9.2019, Verdo A / S has divested the subsidiary EL-NET Randers A / S. Following the sale of EL-NET Randers A / S, it is necessary to separate the communication network and the collection system, as water and heat data are collected today via the electricity meters. The initial call for proposals continues with regard to the part that does not relate to the separation of the communication network and the collection system, including for example. replacement of meters. It is imperative that the Delivery is compatible with the existing solution (Appendix 1).
The supplier must provide a complete communication network that will be able to obtain data from remote readable water and heat meters in Randers. In addition, the Supplier must provide one or more complete collection systems for collecting data from water and heat meters via the communication network.
In addition to water and heat data, Verdo takes over as service providers, data from electricity meters in Års, Hornum, Hjerting and Hammel as well as data from electricity meters on behalf of the subsidiary EL-NET Kongerslev A / S. The supply must be able to retrieve data from these electricity meters. In total, Verdo has approx. 58 000 meters to be connected to the Delivery, but it is Verdo's wish that the Delivery can be scaled up to handle data from a total of 100 000 meters.
Thus, with this Agreement, Verdo wishes to establish:
- Communication network and collection system for collecting data from already installed water and heat meters in Randers,
- Communication network and collection system for collecting data from already installed electricity meters in Kongerslev, Års, Hornum, Hjerting and Hammel,
- IT relocation from existing collection system to new collection system (s),
- Operation of the communication network and collection system up to the acquisition date,
- Maintenance, support and troubleshooting of the communication network and the collection system both before and after the Takeover Day, cf. 11.0
- Training in the use and operation of the Delivery,
- Assistance to take delivery of the Delivery (option), including migration and conversion of data and server system (the option is excluding server environment hosting),
- Hosting of server environment by the Supplier (option). The option is excl. operation.
Verdo can start using the Delivery successively as data can be retrieved from the communication network to one or more collection systems, after which it is possible for Verdo to use and utilize data.
