Cleaning services. Building-cleaning services. Window-cleaning services. Stafford & Rural Homes wish to employ a single contractor to provide window and communal cleaning services to a range of our Independant Living Schemes within the Staffordshire district, including our Head Office and town centre shop. The contract will be initially for 2 years with an option of extending the contract at the discretion of Stafford & Rural Homes to a maximum of 5 years.
