The Province of Drenthe issues a tender for liability insurance. The current liability insurance expires on 28 February 2023 at 00:00.

The contracting authority has therefore decided to launch a new European tendering procedure. This tendering procedure is aimed at concluding one agreement with one contractor.

The insurance must provide for the following cover:

• Zaakschade

• Personenschade

• Vermogensschade
