Acquisition of a right-of-occupancy house as a turnkey delivery

VASO's production is carried out both on plots reserved by municipalities and on so-called plots. carried out by means of a global tendering procedure. With this tendering process, we are looking for construction projects in our current operating area that include a total of approximately 150-250 apartments. 50% of the selected projects are scheduled to start in 2023 and 50% during 2024.

Vaso acquires both the plot and the building(s) from the same supplier. The supplier is responsible for all tasks related to construction, construction management and design.
