Object planning building, LPH 6-9 according to service description § 34 HOAI

The planned construction project "HAR - New multi-family houses with parking spaces in Munich, Harthauser Straße 48" is the new construction of 5 city villas and underground parking spaces.

North of the construction project is Hermine-Bland-Straße. Along Hermine-Bland-Straße and Harthauser Straße in the east, a roadside building boundary has been set. There is also a building boundary in the rear area. The designated construction space is interrupted at the level of Prößlstraße by fixed road boundary lines with a dead end. Harthauser Straße has no separating effect.

The project is located in a special settlement area in accordance with the municipal ordinance (GVO) of the City of Munich.

The property borders with the western border on the landscape conservation area "Isaraue". The conservation objectives applicable there must be complied with. This area is also mapped as a biotope and designated as a fauna-flora-habitat protection area "Upper Isar Valley". The project is located less than 50 m from the border of the fauna-flora-habitat protection area "Oberes Isartal".
