Provision of public relations services and intermediation services in the purchase of space in the media

Services consisting in ongoing support of the communication and media team of the Ordering Party in the field of PR activities

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service consisting in ongoing support of the communication and media team of the Ordering Party in the scope of PR activities described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"). As part of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to perform the following Tasks:

1) Task No. 1 involving writing texts based on materials and guidelines provided by the Contracting Authority or searched/proposed by the Contractor and evaluated by the Contracting Entity; sending press releases and announcements (written by the Contractor or the Contracting Entity) to the media; ongoing advisory and substantive support in the field of PR activities;

2) Task No. 2 covering PR services, e.g. events/press conferences, i.e. e-mail invitation of the media and telephone/e-mail confirmation of attendance, each time performing the so-called follow up after the event;

3) Task No. 3 covering crisis management – crisis situation is the appearance in the media of information negatively affecting the image of the Contracting Authority – for effective management of the crisis situation / crisis in the media. The Contractor will receive access to the media monitoring service, which the Contracting Authority has provided under a separate contract, so that it can keep track of reports about the Contracting Authority, including potential crisis situations;

4) Task No. 4 involving additional cooperation, under which the Contracting Authority plans to commission the preparation of no more than 20 text materials (e.g. articles, expert texts, press releases).

Services consisting in intermediation in the purchase of space in the press and on Internet portals, airtime in radio and television stations

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service consisting in intermediation in the purchase of space in the press and on Internet portals, broadcasting time in radio and television stations in order to publish publications or information/educational/disseminating/promotional/advertising programmes along with their elaboration, i.e.:

1) preparation and maintenance of two annual media plans and 4 updates of the media plan during the contract execution period, tailored to the needs of the communication plan of the Ordering Party;

2) purchase of space in the press, including occasionally in foreign press, in order to publish publications, e.g. informational / promotional / dissemination / advertising / educational, which will be developed by the publisher of the press title in cooperation with a representative of PARP;

3) purchase of space on Internet portals on e.g. economic topics or convergent with individual PARP activities, in order to publish m.in informational/promotional/promotional/advertising/educational publications, which will be developed by the publisher of the Internet portal in cooperation with a representative of PARP;

4) purchase of airtime in radio stations, in programs/program bands on e.g. economic topics and/or convergent with individual PARP activities, in order to broadcast broadcasts, m.in informational/promotional/disseminating/advertising/educational, which will be developed by the publisher in cooperation with a representative of PARP;

5) purchase of airtime in television stations, in programs/program bands on e.g. economic topics and/or convergent with individual PARP activities, in order to broadcast programs m.in informational/promotional/disseminating/advertising/educational, which will be developed by the publisher in cooperation with a representative of PARP

and

6) establishing cooperation (including recommending and/or negotiating terms of cooperation) with opinion-forming people (e.g. influencers) in order to implement activities such as information/promotional/authorization/advertising/educational through activities carried out, m.in. in social media, blogs, etc.
