The object of the business consultation is the conclusion of a public service contract relating to the supply of paper, printing, finishing, packaging and delivery of regular and ad hoc information media from the Community of he Val d'Yerres Val de Seine agglomeration. The basic offer of this contract must be composed of:

- vegetable inks;

- recycled paper.

The description of the works and their technical specifications are given in the Special Clauses Book (CCP) and in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). The quantities and / or forms of the supports described in the DQE are indicative and not contractual. They represent an estimate as close as possible to annual needs. However, these can be modified during the year. Form of market: with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of one year.
