The awarding takes place in accordance with VgV 2016 via a negotiated procedure with the participation contest. The candidate, who, based on his offer, expects the best possible solution of the task, receives the order. The service level 1 (LPH 2-4) must first be provided by the planner to be assigned. Completion of performance level 1 is expected within approx. 3 months after placing the order. The capacities required to meet the target dates must be available. The RLBau MV must be observed.
