The procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement with a maximum of 400,000 euros (excluding tax). By period is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Flat-rate services will be performed from the first day of the period according to an established provisional schedule, except for the initial period. The execution of these services during the initial period will be carried out within 10 days from the holding of the kick-off meeting, which will be held under the conditions provided for at the Cctp.Each one-off service will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders.
