The tender may be submitted only after examining the place of performance of the contract. Inspections of the place of performance of the contract will take place on April 19, 2023 at 3 p.m. and on May 10, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Pikk 31, Kuressaare, Saaremaa parish. The third (if necessary, also the fourth) date of inspection of the object will be specified, if necessary, during the procurement according to the wishes of the tenderers.

A tenderer who has not visited the place of performance of the contract at the time fixed by the contracting authority shall not be entitled to submit a tender.
