This contract is a supply contract for the implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System solution and an Energy Management System solution for the management of real estate assets in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.

The purpose of this lot is to acquire a perpetual right of use (perpetual licenses) of a management and decision support solution to optimize the management of real estate assets.

It also covers all associated services (functional analysis, installation, configuration, development, integration and transfer of skills through training).

The purpose of lot 02 is the lease or acquisition (acquisition of a perpetual right of use (perpetual licenses)) of an energy monitoring and accounting solution.

It also covers all associated services (functional analysis, installation, configuration, development, integration and transfer of skills through training).

In the event that the needs could be covered by the conditional tranche of lot 1 and in execution of Article 85 of the law of 17/06/2016, the PA reserves the right not to award lot 2.
