the municipality of Troyes, the urban community of Troyes Champagne Metropole, the Municipal Social Action Centre of Troyes (Cmas) and La Maison du Boulanger wanted to join forces and form a group of orders in order to retain various service providers in the context of transversal needs, needs thus pooled, in terms of training agents of these various entities.
In this context, the municipality of Troyes performs the functions of coordinator of the group and is, in this capacity, responsible for the operations of selection of the future service provider, as well as the conclusion of the contract (signature) and its notification, each member of the group, as far as he is concerned, will ensure its proper execution.
the purpose of this consultation is therefore to conclude a framework agreement covering the following services: training services for agents of the city of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Metropole, the CMAS de Troyes and the baker's house
