The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection, collection and management of municipal waste from property owners in the Łodygowice municipality in 2024. The amount of municipal waste generated that will have to be collected and managed is estimated at about 4,560 Mg.

The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 11 to the SWZ and includes:

Collecting municipal waste from property owners from the Łodygowice Commune.

Preparation and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK)

Management of collected municipal waste.

Launching and running the Customer Service Office.

Activities.

Keeping records related to the activities covered by the contract.

The contractor will enable property owners to purchase containers for collecting municipal waste.

The contractor will provide property owners free of charge with bags for segregated waste.

Number of declarations submitted as of 30.06.2023:

- inhabited real estate – 4245 (number of people covered – 13 653), including: residential buildings, multi-unit residential buildings – 7.

- cottages and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes – 53.

1. Collection of the following types of waste from property owners:

1) separately collected: paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste), metals (including metal packaging waste), plastics (including plastic packaging waste), multi-material packaging waste, glass (including glass packaging waste), bio-waste, slag and ash from central heating boilers.

2) unsegregated (mixed)

2. Preparation and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK)

In which the following types of waste will be collected from the residents of the Łodygowice Municipality: paper, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, glass, bio-waste, hazardous waste, expired drugs and chemicals, waste not qualifying for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-size waste - in the amount of 500 kg / year from one building or separate premises, used tires - in the amount of 8 pcs. / year from one building or separate premises, construction and demolition waste - in the amount of 500 kg / year from one building or separate premises, textile and clothing waste;

The point of selective collection of municipal waste must be located in the municipality of Łodygowice or at a distance of no more than 2 km from the commune borders.

3. Management of collected municipal waste - the Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer municipal installations for the treatment of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and installations for the treatment of separately collected waste, to which the collected waste will be transferred.

4. Launch of the Customer Service Office

Within 30 days from the date of signing the contract, with the proviso that not earlier than from 2 January 2024, the Contractor will launch a Customer Service Office (BOK) in the Łodygowice Commune, where all information on the municipal waste management system (m.in. waste disposal schedule, method of providing services by PSZOK and others) will be provided, as well as all reports and complaints of property owners will be accepted. Customer Service should be open from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

5. Information measures

It is the Contractor's responsibility to post information about the economy on its website

Municipal waste in the municipality of Łodygowice. In addition, within 30 days from the date of signing the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide a service enabling property owners to individually check the amount and type (segregated/mixed) of waste returned from the property belonging to him via the electronic form posted on the Contractor's website. This information should be available by entering the unique number of the property owner assigned by the Ordering Party.

6. Keeping records related to the activities covered by the contract.

7. The contractor will enable property owners to purchase containers for collecting municipal waste.

8. The Contractor shall provide the property owners free of charge with bags for segregated waste.
