Statped shall enter into a contract for managing digital media files. Statped has currently a large amount of digital media files. These files can be divided in 2 subgroups, as they have completely different main challenges for systematisation:

— digital media files that are not distributed (sensitive media files): the main challenge related to these files is to gather and secure the files in a suitable manner, e.g. all video recordings of users who have been recorded by professionals at Statped's offices or in schools, nurseries or other institutions. The content of these media files often includes sensitive personal data information,

— digital media files that are subject to distribution (open media files): the main challenge related to these files is that the consent must satisfy the new personal data protection legislation, in such a way that Statped can, for example, maintain the benefits of distributing video recordings to other platforms.
