The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new, year of manufacture 2023, passenger cars in an unmarked version, meeting the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which is the basic scope of the subject of the contract.

Whenever, in these tender specifications and annexes, the subject of the contract is specified by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, the intention of the contracting authority was to represent the "type" of material or technology; in this case, the contracting authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders. In the case of describing the subject of the contract by means of standards, approvals, technical specifications and a reference system, it should be assumed that minimum requirements (not worse than) have been defined and at the same time the Contractor has been allowed to adopt solutions equivalent to those described. A contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the contracting authority is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.

List of subject documents, submitted together with the tender, confirming that the offered subject of the contract meets the specified requirements:

(a) a copy of the EC certificate of conformity of the base vehicle,

b) a statement that the offered vehicle meets the requirements of the Ordering Party described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the description of the subject of the contract, with the content specified in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ,

c) The Contractor must confirm the fulfillment of all technical requirements for the base vehicle in the form of a detailed description of the subject of the contract and by marking individual data in the official catalogs (in Polish) of the manufacturer / importer of the vehicle, containing technical data and equipment of the base vehicle.

d) Together with the offer, the Contractor shall present a proposal of subdued paint colours (metallic or pearlescent varnishes are required) from the official commercial offer of the vehicle manufacturer/importer. The Contracting Authority shall select the colours of varnishes from among those offered by the Contractor at the stage of signing the contract. The Contractor shall mark the offered paint colours in the official catalogue (prepared in Polish) of the manufacturer/importer of the vehicle.

The task is carried out on the basis of a contract for co-financing the project from the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Kielce entitled "Purchase of 4 electric passenger cars for the needs of the Police of the Świętokrzyskie garrison"
