This consultation concerns only the relaunch of lot 4 following a judicial liquidation of the holder.

The initial consultation concerned the construction work of a group housing estate of the "Veronese 2" program of 58 dwellings with 4 entries distributed as follows:

- entrance A: 15 dwellings from DRC to R + 2 (4 T2, 3 T3, 8 T4),

- Entrance B: 14 dwellings from DRC to R + 3 (8 T2, 4 T3, 2 T4),

- entrance C: 18 dwellings from DRC to R + 3 (10 T2, 5 T3, 3 T5),

- Entrance D: 11 dwellings from RDC to R + 2 (4 T2, 5 T3, 1t4, 1 T5) and 49 parking spaces divided into 34 places on a basement level under entrances A and B and 15 places parking in the basement under the entrance C.
