Maintenance in operational condition and extensions of video surveillance installations for the CEA/Le Ripault centre

>The purpose of this consultation is to establish a framework agreement on the maintenance in operational condition and extensions of video surveillance installations for the CEA/Le Ripault centre.

The estimated volume corresponds to the average annual supply of 40 cameras.

The expected areas of the services are:

- preventive and corrective maintenance of cameras and video surveillance equipment installed or to be installed;

- supply, installation, configuration of cameras and video surveillance equipment;

- work necessary for the deployment of cameras and video surveillance equipment: roads, electricity, camera mounts (matte,...) ...;

- maintenance of the supervision system.

The objectives of the service are:

1) the maintenance in operational condition of the camera installations, associated infrastructures, the supervision system...;

2) maintaining firmware and supervision system in a secure condition;

3) small and medium-sized extensions of the camera fleet;

4) carrying out an initial inventory and then monitoring configuration;

5) access to a hotline;

6) interventions in working hours.

In addition to the extensions of installations, the services must ensure that the assets subject to the service are maintained in optimized operating condition and at least at a technical level equal to that of the initial level (capacity, performance, compliance with standards, etc.).

The performance of the services is planned according to the following phasing:

- firm share with a duration of twelve months,

- optional part 1 with a duration of twelve months at the end of the firm part,

- optional part 2 with a duration of twelve months at the end of the optional part 1,

- optional part 3 with a duration of twelve months at the end of the optional part 2.

The ceiling amount of the framework agreement is €1.4 million excluding VAT.
