this consultation concerns the supply of petroleum fuels for the needs of the departmental fire and rescue service of the Charente-Maritime.La consultation is divided into 3 separate lots subject to separate framework agreements, split into purchase orders with only a maximum established in value in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Depending on the lot, it will be concluded with one or more economic operators within the defined limits defined in the consultation regulations. The ceiling of orders (or maximum amount of each framework agreement) is specified in the specific special clauses specific to each lot (Ccp). are due in particular to this lot:- the creation, management, renewal and monitoring of credit cards necessary for the acquisition of fuels;- the supply from a point of delivery, pick-up or drawdown, (service station) of thermal road fuels or for watercraft and (subject to disposal, AdBlue (provided that the latter is available in bulk i.e. at the pump); - payment for the supply by the use of one or more cards letters of credit (known as lodged purchase cards); - any service falling within the categorical field of the main nature of purchase. Are excluded from this lot:- the supply and delivery of adblue in cans;- payment for motorway crossing, road or toll section;- payment for ancillary services not falling within the scope of the nature of purchase (e.g. washing, polishing, etc.);- so-called grocery products (food, sweets, etc.);- so-called hardware or bazaar products (car accessories, miscellaneous maintenance products for motor vehicles, etc.) ;- and in a general context (unless expressly prescribed otherwise), all services or supplies of a different nature to the subject of the contract or not falling within the scope of the nomenclature of purchases of the public entity referenced 016.02.00.00 (liquid refined petroleum products (excluding oil)). Payment letters of credit may serve one or more service stations or distribution points dependent on:- one or more distribution networks;- one or more commercial brands. As such, the holder undertakes to provide all services and deliver all supplies requested in accordance with the specifications of the framework agreement, making his personal business of everything that concerns him in particular in labor, supply delivery, transport and various handling.
