The contest is for a parallel framework agreement (the 'Framework Agreement') for assistance RIV for the contracting authority's projects.

The framework agreement covers research work, design and consultancy assignments.

The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority has access throughout the entire contract period to assistance from good RIV with relevant competence, to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for RIV services.

A parallel framework agreement will be entered into with up to 5 tenderers of RIV services (hereafter called ‘tenderers’). Each tenderer must present documentation in the contest confirming that the tenderer can solve the assignments described by the contracting authority in the service description (Annex 01_00).

The contracting authority's projects vary in nature, size, cost, duration and degree of difficulty, and require resources and a team with overall competence.
