Object planning services

It is intended to subject the 4-speed TYP Erfurt school building from 11975 to a general, building physics and building services renovation (complex renovation) as part of the investment measure and to carry out fire protection measures.

The aim of the planning task is to continue the existing planning from work phase 5 implementation planning.

Economic planning for the optimization of construction costs from the implementation planning onwards must be the goal of this work.

The client intends to award planning services for object planning - Section 1 Buildings and interiors in accordance with §§ 34 and 35 of the HOAI.
