WBG KOMMUNAL GmbH (WBG K) has been commissioned by the City of Nuremberg with the construction of the new Breslauer Straße school centre in Nuremberg.

The property as part of the former Prinovis area (consisting of the parcel nos. 146/16; 146/456; 146/457; 146/458; 150/6; 180/2320; 180/2372; 180/2373; 180/2374; 180/2375 and 180/504, Langwasser district - see Appendix C.1.1 official site plan) with an area of approx. 4.1 ha is located in the Langwasser district in the south of the city of Nuremberg, directly on Breslauer Straße running south. The planning area is located at Breslauer Strasse 300 to 304 on the former factory premises of the Prinovis large-scale printing company. To the north, the property is bordered by the railway line, to the west is a parcel of land planned for office use, and to the east is the land intended for the new construction of the vocational secondary school.

The planned school centre is one of the largest urban school construction projects. A grammar school, a secondary school, two 3-fold gymnasiums and a canteen are integrated. Together with the vocational secondary school, which is already under construction, they form the Breslauer Straße school centre on the former Prinovis site with a total of around 2,600 pupils.
