The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out a project management mission for depollution, cleaning, deconstruction and asbestos removal of buildings and soil pollution management for the release phases of the former Carling coking plant located in Saint-Avold and L'Hôpital (57)

the services to be performed are described in the project management program and include in particular:- pre-eliminated studies - definition of the precise program of laboratory and/or field tests, and taking into account the results obtained by a third-party service provider;- AVP pre-project study and establishment of administrative files;- PRO project study and establishment of administrative files;- assistance with works contracts (Act);- endorsement and Direction of execution of works (VISA and Det) - week of preparatory work for excavations;- visa and direction of execution of works (VISA and Det) - week including excavation of land in place and/or removal of land off-site of the former coking plant;- visa and direction of execution of works (VISA and Det) - week involving only in-situ or off-site treatment of land;- assistance with acceptance operations (Aor) and during the guarantee of perfect completion (Gpa) of the works
