The aim is to conclude a framework agreement per lot with a maximum of three framework contract partners for the provision of removal and transport services of furniture (office furniture) in particular. Desks (usually electrically height-adjustable), desk chairs, office cabinets, roll containers, other industry-standard office equipment, shelves, IT equipment, telephones, televisions and packed moving boxes.
Furthermore, the framework agreement includes related services such as assembly, disassembly and packaging work as well as the provision of necessary packaging and transport materials (cardboard boxes, safety boxes) and transport equipment (e.g. vehicles, handcarts, etc.).
In addition, furniture disposal must be carried out and data protection containers must be provided.
The maximum value is € 259,000 net over a contract period of 48 months.
The lots are divided as follows:
- Lot 1 Region North with the areas Berlin, Weser, Coburg-Dresden, Ruhr and Rhine
- Lot 2 Region South with the areas Munich city and country, Augsburg, Schramberg, Heidenheim, Regensburg, Nuremberg, Erlangen and Rhine-Main-Neckar
