GEM A4 Zone West C.V. is responsible for preparing the Schiphol Trade Park site for construction and living.

This specifications concern the planting of approximately 160 trees in the Logistics Zone of Schiphol Trade Park, including preparatory work such as preparing the planting holes and preparing for sowing verges and embankments. After the planting of the trees, a maintenance period of about 2.5 years applies.

The work to be carried out consists in short, but not exclusively, of:

• Preparing planting holes

• Planting and (possibly) anchoring of approx. 160 trees

• Maintenance of trees, such as watering and pruning work.
