FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR CLEANING AND WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT THE GRAND PALAIS

The details of the services and the conditions of execution are set out in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) and its annexes.

This is a Framework Agreement within the meaning of the provisions of Articles R 2161-1 to R2162-6 of the French Public Procurement Code. It is carried out by subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions specific to subsequent contracts defined in the said code (Articles R2162-7 to 12).
