1. The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness in the Central Cemetery

in Szczecin.

2. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 7 to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract with the utmost care required

from an entity professionally providing this type of services, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law,

including, among others, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended),

as well as with Ordinance No. 140/21 of the President of the City of Szczecin of March 23, 2021.

on the Standards of Maintenance, Protection and Development of Green Areas of the City of Szczecin

and obligations for their implementation and with SWZ and with the offer, which will form an integral part of the contract.

Due to the mark limit, the details of the aforementioned point are contained in Chapter III of the SWZ.
