The assignment consists of the following parts:
• The temporary employment or secondment of temporary staff for positions valued up to and including scale ten according to the provincial job evaluation system (10).
• The provision of temporary staff through a broker function for positions that are valued according to the provincial job evaluation system up to and including scale ten (10), if these persons cannot be offered, within the stipulated period, from their own card box or from their own staff.
• For both of the above situations, the temporary employment clause applies and the most recent collective labour agreement of the ABU or NBBU applies, on the understanding that the flexible worker is placed directly in the relevant scale of the Contracting Authority.
• The functions that will be requested are of a project supporting, administrative or secretarial nature, etc.
• These are requests for staff who need to be available at short notice
Flexible workforceThe maximum total contract value of the Framework Agreement is set at € 6,000,000 excl. VAT. This value was determined on the basis of a possible expectation of the decrease over the entire term, including possible extensions.
