The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the development of design documentation for the extension of the provincial road No. 416 on the section Kietlice – Głubczyce Sady with a total length of approx. 6.34 km from km 26+160 to km 32+496 along with the construction of pedestrian and bicycle communication routes, reconstruction of engineering structures including bridges, reconstruction of intersections, construction of a technological channel and construction of a road lane drainage on the road section in question and preparation of two applications for a permit for the implementation of the road investment and materials necessary to obtain a ZRID decision in accordance with the terms of the tender specification.
The subject of the contract includes:
(a) geodetic works:
- the development of a map for design purposes,
- the implementation of the division of plots
(b) design work:
- development of a construction project (including land development project, architectural and construction design and technical design) divided into two tasks, i.e.:
Task I: section DW 416 from km 26+160 to km 29+600
Task II: section DW 416 from km 29+600 to km 32 +496
Note: the limit of the division of the investment into stages is a proposal of the Ordering Party. The exact boundary of the investment division will be clarified with the Design Unit during the development of project documentation.
- preparation of two applications (task I and task II) together with materials for obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID),
- development of an executive design separately for task I and task II
- drawing up a draft target organisation of the movement with its approval,
- preparation of a road safety audit,
- preparation of information on safety and health protection due to the specificity of the designed building (BIOZ) separately for task I and task II
- development of detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works separately for task I and task II,
- preparation of the cost estimate part (investor's cost estimate, offer estimate, bill of quantities, calculation of unit prices) separately for task I and task II,
- preparation of studies in the field of environmental protection, including an EIA report, if required, along with obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of the project,
- development of a water law survey - the contractor should obtain the water law consents required by law, referred to in Article 388 of the Water Law, m.in.: water permits to the required extent (m.in. in the scope of water service, special use of water, construction of water facilities, including temporary bridge facilities, if required, running through surface waters flowing within the shoreline and through flood embankments of bridge structures, pipelines, ducts in casing pipelines or culverts; running overhead power and telecommunications lines through inland waterways and embankments, locating in areas of particular flood risk: a) new projects that may have a significant impact on the environment, b) new buildings)
- obtaining a water law assessment – if required
- obtaining decisions referred to in Article 77 regarding bans on certain activities in water areas or a particular risk of flooding – if required
Fees related to obtaining water law approvals and all necessary attachments to obtain the above-mentioned consents are covered by the Design Unit
The Design Unit will be responsible for obtaining all required decisions, arrangements, opinions from the relevant organizational units of the State Water Holding Polish Waters necessary for the implementation of the investment.
- performance of land surveys - boreholes (according to the list of parameters for the performance of geological wells),
The Design Unit will obtain all arrangements enabling entry into the area for drilling
- preparation of a detailed inventory of greenery along with a felling plan
- obtaining arrangements with the operators of the networks located on the project site.
- other elements necessary to carry out the task.
(c) preparing answers to questions of the works contractors, providing explanations for the design documentation developed and making possible modifications (amendments and additions) to the design and tender documentation developed, during the tendering procedure for the implementation of construction works for the undertaking in question.
d) exercising author's supervision during construction works and during the warranty period for defects for construction works. on the base. document. project. developed. by the Design Body.
