The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding as well as tourist development, education and nature conservation, to be performed in the area of the Olesno Forest District in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: 15.03.2023 – 31.12.2023

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as tourist development, education and nature protection, to be carried out in the Olesno Forest District, in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
