1) The subject of the contract is "Execution of heat sources in the form of heat pumps along with the expansion of photovoltaics in the Municipality of Rumia and the Municipality of Szemud with options."

2) The scope of work of the basic contract includes, among others:

a) design, purchase, installation and commissioning of a heat pump system with a lower source with a thermal capacity of 120 kW to power central heating and hot water installations for Primary School No. 7 in Rumia, financed by the Municipality of Rumia (for the scope of work concerning the Municipality of Rumia),

b) design, delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in 3 buildings and public utility facilities from the area of the Szemud Municipality, financed by the Szemud Commune (for the scope of works concerning the Szemud Municipality).

3) The scope of works covered by the "Option" financed by the MUNICIPALITY OF RUMIA, is described in detail in the SWZ.

c) Model agreement – Annex 9 to THE SWZ (a separate contract will be concluded with the Municipality of Rumia, and a separate one with the Municipality of Szemud).
