3. for part 3 in Annex 5 to the SWZ, containing: Description of the subject of the contract, Model Agreement and Price Form. Note: Pursuant to Article 20(3) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587), it is forbidden to neutralize infectious medical waste outside the province where it was generated – the so-called PROXIMITY PRINCIPLE

have been created – the so-called PROXIMITY PRINCIPLE

EXCEPTION TO THE PRINCIPLE OF PROXIMITY In accordance with Article 20(6) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012

It is allowed to dispose of infectious medical waste in the area of the province other than the one in which it was generated, in the nearest installation, in the absence of a disposal installation

of this waste in the area of a given voivodeship or when existing installations have no spare processing capacity
