1) Part 1 - delivery of 5 laptops. 2) Part 2 - delivery of 40 laptops. 3) Part 3 - supply of 40 multifunction devices.

Delivery of 5 laptops. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the offer form constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract.

Grounds for exclusion:

1. The Contracting Authority shall exclude the Contractor from the proceedings in the circumstances referred to in Article 108(1) of the Act.

2. The Contracting Authority shall exclude the Contractor from the proceedings in the circumstances referred to in Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security.

3. The Contracting Authority shall exclude the Contractor from the proceedings in the circumstances referred to in Article 109(1)(1)-(4) of the Act.

4. The Contracting Authority shall exclude the Contractor from the proceedings in the circumstances referred to in Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.
