The multi-purpose hall (MZH) is a building from 1984 with extension from 2000, with severe construction defects and high need for renovation (insulation, technology, roof, etc.). The city of Alsfeld intends to expand the MZH as an event venue for a target size of 300-350 visitors for municipal, private and commercial events as well as a meeting place for local associations.
