Brief description of the contract:Three main missions, the characteristics of which are detailed as follows:-Mission 1: assistance and advice on a daily basis-Mission 2: follow-up of the 3 DSPs: Medialys and Lysseo phases 1 and 2-Mission 3: support for the end of the Medialys DSP contract, the end of which is set for 29/12/2024The framework agreement with maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It sets the conditions for the performance of the services and is carried out as and when purchase orders are issued
