PROTECTION OF THREE OBJECTS SUBJECT TO MANDATORY PROTECTION IN THE SILESIAN VOIVODESHIP
1.The subject of the contract is the protection of three objects subject to mandatory protection in the Silesian Voivodeship.
The subject of the contract includes in particular:
a) updating the Security Plans of three objects subject to mandatory protection,
b) physical protection of three objects subject to mandatory protection by providing preventive patrols of the Intervention Group and ensuring the response of the Intervention Group in the mode of alarm,
c) installation and commissioning of a complete technical security system of facilities (video monitoring system, burglary and assault alarm system, boards informing about security and video monitoring).
2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Volume III SWZ available together with this announcement on the procurement platform at: https://gddkia.eb2b.com.pl/ subject to the case referred to below in point 3.
3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of submitting a bid after the Contractor has checked the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on site at the Contracting Authority:
Organizational requirements:
Information on the location of facilities developed on the basis of an extract from Decision No. Z-3/20 of the Minister of Infrastructure of 30 November 2020 (DZB. WZK. Z-205/2020 - document with the clause "RESTRICTED") stored and available only in the GDDKiA Branch in Katowice / Crisis Management and Security Department (room 105), Myśliwska 5, 40-017 Katowice.
Contractors will be able to access classified information after meeting the relevant requirements:
The document(s) will be made available for inspection by the Contractor's representative who has valid documents authorizing access to classified information with the clause at least "RESTRICTED", issued on the basis of the Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 756, zm.Dz of 2010, No. 182, item 1228, as amended) - for this purpose, the Contracting Authority will require the presentation of relevant documents authorizing access to classified information in the above-mentioned scope before making it available for inspection.
Confirmation of reading the documentation will be a statement signed by persons representing the Contractor and the Contracting Entity, prepared in 2 identical copies, one for the Contractor and one for the Contracting Entity.
