The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 coming from the Waste Management Plant "Czysta Błękitna Kraina Sp. z o.o. in Czarnówek in the amount of:

19 12 12 - 13.000 Mg

The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 components for the production of alternative RDF fuel from the Waste Management Plant "Czysta Błękitna Kraina" Sp. z o.o. in Czarnówek in the amount of approx. 13,000 Mg / in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, i.e.:

- waste with code 19 12 12 other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of segregated and non-segregated municipal waste, other than those listed in 19 12 11 component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) in the amount of approx. 13,000 Mg.

The total estimated amount of waste to be transferred is approx. 13,000 Mg/year.

The method of use of the waste delivered by the contracting operator shall be confirmed by the relevant documents, the contractor shall be obliged every time after the performance of the service (on the scale of the given billing month) to provide the contracting officer, without a call, with documents confirming the recovery and/or recycling from developed waste (DPO and/or DPR).

The Ordering Party will each time prepare a Waste Transfer Card via an individual account in the Database on products and packaging and on waste management (in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 5 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) and provide confirmation of generating the card to the Carrier. The Contractor is obliged to confirm the Waste Transfer Card immediately after accepting the waste.

Waste with the code 19 12 12 being the subject of the contract is generated as a result of sorting the over-sieve fraction ( > 80 mm) separated from mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and packaging waste collected separately (waste from group 15 01) on the sorting line after sorting material fractions suitable for recycling and reuse, i.e. metal, glass, paper, plastics and multi-material packaging. These are fragmented waste, subjected to air and magnetic separation (the so-called light fraction) and heavy fraction.
