The procedure is broken down into 2 lots:
- Lot 1: Cleaning services of the premises of CYEL
- Lot 2: Parking cleaning services.
Each lot will give rise to the conclusion of a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with annual maximum fixed as follows:
- Lot 1: 160,000 euro (excl. tax).
- Lot 2: 100,000 euro (excl. tax).
Each framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator for a period of one year, renewable three times, i.e. for a maximum period of four years.
cleaning services for the premises of CYELThis lot includes the following services: wet sweeping/suction of floors and stairs, mechanical washing of floors, floor and basement circulations, removal of drips and dirt (fingerprints) on all vertical surfaces, including glazed surfaces and in particular on glass entrance doors, cleaning/disinfection of door handles and switches, Dusting of fixed elements, door tops, ventilation grilles ..., emptying and wiping waste baskets and garbage cans, cleaning / degreasing table, worktop ..., cleaning / disinfection of phones, computer equipment (screens, keyboards ...) and microphones, cleaning of seats.
The cleaning frequencies will be different depending on the type of premises of 3 to 5 passages per week.
Parking cleaning servicesThis lot concerns the realization of regular or punctual cleaning of car parks:
- Les Halles (235 places): two passages per week
- louis Blanc (58 places): one passage per week
- Napoleon Square (98 seats): two passages per week.
The services include:
- Sweeping washing with a scrubber dryer of accessible parking spaces with dirt on the ground
- removal of cobwebs
- wet wiping and disinfection of contact points
- litter collection
- wet wiping of fire extinguishers and safety elements
- dusting of low finishes and removal of traces (safety blocks, column legs, etc.)
- dusting of high finishes (pipes, luminaires, etc.)
- Wiping the signage
