The subject-matter of the contract is motor fuel (petrol, diesel, LPG and CNG car gas), which the contracting authority wishes to purchase for its own authority, using a payment discount from the bidder's filling station(s), at the retail stage, as appropriate, for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months.

The bidder is able to supply fuel all year round to the ferry Abrot in the port of Romessaare, whose 24-month diesel fuel requirement is approximately 32,000 (thirty-two thousand) liters.

The exact description is given in section 2.1 of the technical specifications.

The bidder is able to supply fuel year-round in the port of Papissaare to the small craft Vilsandit, whose 24-month engine need for gasoline is approximately 16,500 (sixteen thousand five hundred) liters and to supply year-round diesel fuel to the port of Papissaare, the need for the quantity is approximately 2000 (two thousand) liters.

The provider must allow both petrol and diesel fuel to be refuelled in the Kuressaare area.

The need for fuel for 24 months is approximately 182, 000 (one hundred and eighty-two thousand) liters, of which 124, 000 (one hundred and twenty-four thousand) liters is diesel fuel, and 58, 000 (fifty-eight thousand) is gasoline for the engine.

The tenderer must allow both petrol and diesel fuel to be refuelled in the Orissaare area.

The need for fuel for 24 months is approximately 46, 400 (forty-six thousand four hundred) liters, of which 14, 800 (fourteen thousand eight hundred) liters are gasoline, and 31, 600 (thirty-one thousand six hundred) liters are diesel fuel.

The provider must allow both petrol and diesel fuel to be refuelled in the Leisi area.

The need for fuel for 24 months is approximately 42, 400 (forty-two thousand four hundred) liters, of which 13, 800 (thirteen thousand eight hundred) liters are gasoline, and 28, 600 (twenty-eight thousand six hundred) liters are diesel fuel.

The provider must allow both petrol and diesel fuel to be refuelled in the Torgu area.

The need for fuel for 24 months is approximately 8, 100 (eight thousand one hundred) liters, of which 2, 400 (two thousand four hundred) liters are gasoline, and 5, 700 (five thousand seven hundred) liters are diesel fuel.

The provider must allow both petrol and diesel fuel to be refueled in the Kärla area.

The need for fuel for 24 months is approximately 30, 500 (thirty thousand five hundred) liters, of which 25, 000 (twenty-five thousand) liters are gasoline, and 5, 500 (five thousand five hundred) liters are diesel fuel.

The provider must allow both LPG car gas and engine petrol to be refueled in Kuressaare.

The need for fuel for 24 months is approximately 5,700 (five thousand seven hundred) liters of LPG of car gas and 5,000 (five thousand) liters of motor gasoline.

The provider must allow CNG car gas to be refueled in Kuressaare.

The need for fuel for 24 months is approximately 24,000 (twenty-four thousand) kilograms of CNG car gas.
