The voice and operational data transport infrastructure of the FA, based on IP standards, is used for the transport of data and voice communications essential for the operational activities of the FA, in support of the command and control functions (C2) of Air Defense, air traffic, Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaisance and operational meteorology through the related weapon systems.

It requires a high level of reliability and availability to support the operational readiness of the aerial instrument.

There is a need for an adequate maintenance and assistance service on the equipment constituting the infostructure mentioned above in its telematic and telephone component.

The routing component consists of NEC IP6000, IP5000, BBS@3000 devices and SDN switches.

The telephone component consists of Philips Sopho iS3000, Philips IP2000/8000, Philips SV8300, BX1000 media gateway and NEC3C VoIP platform, as well as VoIP terminals.

The object of the contract is:

- Insurance Maintenance: interventions of the company within a certain time to restore efficiency and repair selected components, which can cause blocking failures;

- Semi-Insurance Maintenance: replacement of components or sub-assemblies that can cause secondary and non-blocking failures to the equipment. In this case, the technical interventions on site are carried out by MA specialists;

- Technical and system assistance: qualified personnel of the company ensures a presence at the supervision centers of ReSIA and Borgo Piave, for system assistance on the active equipment of IP and legacy networks, as well as on the telephone exchanges of the AM;

- On-call assistance and technical advice: carried out by the company on request for specific needs related to the management, optimization and development of networks;

- Support with studies and projects in the development of the Networks.
