The subject of the contract is: a service consisting in the development of project documentation along with the author's supervision for the task "Construction of a road connecting ul. Nawrot with Plac Komuny Paryskiej together with the necessary technical infrastructure and city furniture, construction of the water supply system in the planned road connecting ul. Nawrot with the Square of the Commune of Paris - from ul. Nawrot to Plac Komuny Paryskiej, reconstruction with a change in the use of buildings at ul. Sienkiewicza 61a and ul. Sienkiewicza 63 together with the development of the area, the necessary technical infrastructure and demolition as well as the development of the area together with the necessary technical infrastructure and construction of temporary pavilions in the southern part of the Paris Commune Square "
The scope of project documentation includes 4 tasks.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR (OPZ) and in the attached design documents: PFU and auxiliary materials.
The Employer did not conduct technical dialogue.
The scope of design documentation includes four tasks, including:
- "Zad. 1 Stage 1.1 ”- for which the investor is M. Łódź - Municipal Investment Management Board (ZIM): invitation. roads from ul. Nawrot to the property at ul. Sienkiewicza 61a with information techn. and city furniture with lighting at the right corner. PFU (Task No. 2 according to PFU). The scope of design works includes the area of roadways and pavements, as well as studies. industry in the construction / reconstruction of lighting along with the illumination of trees and lawn barriers, invitation. drainage, sewerage for optical fibers, removal of telecommunications, electricity, heating, gas and water collisions, installation of new city furniture, vertical and horizontal marking, execution and assembly of City Information System boards and planting along with the construction of irrigation system,
- "Zad. 1 Stage 1.2 ”- for which the investor is M. Łódź - ZIM: invitation dear from at ul. Scope of project work. includes design construction / reconstruction of the road and pavements, as well as industry studies in the field of construction / reconstruction lighting along with the illumination of trees and lawn barriers, designed by drainage, sewerage for fiber optics, telecommunication, electricity, heat, gas and water collision removal project, installation of new city furniture, design of vertical and horizontal signage, design of City Information System boards and design of plantings along with irrigation system design,
- "Zad. 2 ”- for which the investor is Łódzka Spółka Infrastrukturalna Sp. z o. o: design of the water supply system in the planned road connecting ul. Nawrot with the Square of the Commune of Paris in Łódź on the section from the 150 mm water supply

- "Zad. 3 ”- for which the city of Łódź is the investor - ZIM: designing the reconstruction. with a change of use buildings at ul. Sienkiewicza 61a and ul. Sienkiewicza 63 together with the development. terrain, necessary infrastructure technical and demolition. The buildings will be allocated to the rooms of the faculties of the MU, with the exception of four premises on the ground floor and one on the top floor. therefore, the requirements of Department Informatics of the City of Łódź constituting the attachment to these proceedings. On the ground floor at the entrance has two reception halls with offices and administration offices. Other office rooms are located in the upper rooms. These are offices, office rooms, confectionary rooms and accompanying rooms, i.e. sanitary facilities, social rooms and others. System solutions should be provided to allow different layouts of the office rooms without affecting the basic structural elements. To the building outside the main entrance there are entries at each sch class,
- "Task 4" - for which the city of Łódź is an investor - ZIM: designing a development. of land together with the necessary infrastructure techn. and construction of temporary pavilions on the southern part of Pl. Paris Commune. It is based on an invitation zagospod. the land together with the necessary information technical in the form of a publicly accessible public space with separate recreation, activity and relaxation zones outdoors, and temporary construction. pavilions that functionally complement the public space. Development is foreseen. greens with max. preserving the current stand, introducing elements of small architecture and playgrounds.
