The subject of the contract is: "Purchase and delivery of 1 pc. A passenger car of the C segment in the police unmarked version for the KWP in Gorzów Wielkopolski. A detailed description of the tactical and technical requirements (the so-called WTT) that must be met by the vehicle being the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 5 to the CSWZ. The vehicle will be used by the Police for patrol, intervention and vehicle inspection tasks. Inside, basic official activities will be carried out, in particular including: checking documents concerning persons and vehicles, checking people and vehicles in databases, preparing official documentation, transporting people. Details are included in the SWZ and its annexes.
1. The subject of the order is: "Purchase and delivery of 1 pc. C-segment passenger car in the police unmarked version for KWP in Gorzów Wielkopolski."
2. Whenever further provisions refer to a vehicle without a closer marking, it shall be understood as the VEHICLE referred to in point 1 above.
3. CPV code: 34114200-1 – Police cars.
4. A detailed description of the tactical and technical requirements (the so-called WTT) that must be met by the vehicle being the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 5 to SWZ.
5. Purpose of the vehicle: The vehicle will be used by the Police for patrol, intervention and vehicle inspection tasks. Inside, basic official activities will be carried out, in particular including: checking documents concerning persons and vehicles, checking persons
and vehicles in databases, preparation of official documentation, transport of persons. In the field of persons with disabilities referred to in Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement (Journal of Laws of the EU. L No. 94, p. 65), the transport of these passengers will be carried out by other vehicles adapted to such transport within the framework of the owned
in the Lubuskie Police of equipment or through medical assistance authorized to transport disabled people
and others.
6. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet the technical requirements set out in WTT Annex 5 to SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall strictly observe the quality compliance of the offer submitted by the Contractor and, subsequently, the subject of the contract delivered from WTT Annex 5 to SWZ.
7. The vehicle must be made in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, generally applicable norms and standards in this area, taking into account applicable regulations.
8. The contractor must confirm that all technical requirements for vehicles have been met in the form of a statement.
9. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged, at the request of the Ordering Party, to present for inspection documents confirming that the offered vehicle meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in WTT Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
10. The vehicle must be brand new, complete free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects, manufactured in 2022.
11. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting equivalent tenders. Whenever in this application the subject of the contract is specified by indicating trademarks, patents, origin, etc. the intention of the Ordering Party was to present the "type" of goods that meets the Requirements of the Ordering Party. Therefore, it is permissible for the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution that will guarantee no worse standards, parameters and technical, quality and functional standards. The Contractor, who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate the materials, elements and systems offered by him as part of the subject of the contract meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the application and its annexes.
12. Place of delivery: Provincial Police Headquarters in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Kwiatowa 10, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp.
13. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract to the place of delivery at its own expense and risk.
14. At the latest 2 working days before the delivery date, the Contractor shall notify the Ordering Party about the delivery in writing, under pain of ineffectiveness to the following address: Provincial Police Headquarters, Kwiatowa 10, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., by e-mail: sekretariat.gmt@go.policja.gov.pl about the planned delivery date.
15. Details of the implementation of the subject of the order, payment, guarantee, complaint, etc. concludes the Draft Agreement – Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
16. All the annexes to the SWZ form an integral part thereof.
