The Contracting Authority for this competition is: Ålesund kommune. The participating municipalities (hereafter called the Customer) for this competition are the following municipalities in the Procurement Co-operation at Sunnmøre: Ålesund, Giske, Haram, Norddal, Sandøy, Skodje, Sykkylven, Stranda, Volda, Ørskog, Ulstein, Herøy, Sande, Vestnes, Stordal and Sula. The participants are defined as ‘Customer’, cf. Part 3 — Agreement document.

The objective of the agreement is to cover the Customers' need for procurement of temporary employee services to the health and welfare sector in the municipalities, in accordance with the requirement specification.
