The purpose of the contract is to set up a Decision-Making Information System (SID) entitled "Purchasing Analysis Tool" (AAO). The DIS should make it possible to collect, process, visualize and disseminate data in order to improve the analysis of purchasing through its various components. It will aim to produce cross-analyses on dynamic data and contribute to the improvement of purchasing performance. The tools on which the incumbent will be required to work are: - eTL: TALEND tool - Database: SAP HANA platform - BI tool: SAP Business Objects
The services of the contract are broken down as follows:- 1st service: Initialization of the project and acquaintance; - 2nd service: Creation of the foundation of the application solution; - 3rd service: Reports and dashboards; - 4th service: Loading / Unloading data; - 5th service: Functional and technical assistance; - 6th service: Training; - 7th service: Audit, expertise, assistance;- 8th service: Maintenance in Operational Condition and Maintenance in Safety Condition; - 9th service: Reversibility and knowledge transfer
