Object of these supplies: Prepared meals for nurseries

Explanation: VZW Familiehulp kinderopvang De Speelboom is looking for a supplier of prepared meals for children from 4 months to 3 years, by means of a framework agreement for a period of 4 years, to start from the award of this contract for its current and future nurseries (currently 14 locations in Flanders and Brussels). The number of locations for deliveries may change during the execution of the order.

It concerns the provision of meals for three different age categories with different needs, as well as the possibility of supplying different meals for certain children (vegetarian meals, halal meals, dietary meals).

These meals are delivered cold at the various locations and must be able to be heated on site in the nurseries in a simple way by means of a warming device with heating principle based on hot air or steam (such as a regeneration oven or a convection oven). The use of microwave ovens is not suitable and is explicitly excluded.

VZW Familiehulp kinderopvang De Speelboom must have the possibility to rent high-quality appliances from the suppliers (hire purchase) for the heating (warming device based on hot air or steam such as a regeneration oven or convection oven) of the prepared meals. The contractor provides the necessary support for the staff of VZW Familiehulp kinderopvang De Speelboom with regard to the use of these devices and services for the maintenance and repair of these devices.

Orders must be able to be made in a simple and digital (online) way via an accessible ordering platform with personal access by the appointees of VZW Familiehulp childcare De Speelboom.

The framework agreement is concluded with one entrepreneur. The partial contracts based on the framework agreement are awarded in accordance with the conditions set out in the framework agreement in accordance with Article 43, § 4 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

Place of delivery: Various locations, in particular all nurseries of VZW Familiehulp childcare De Speelboom. There are currently 14 locations, mainly in Antwerp-Borgerhout, Heist-op-den-Berg, Herentals, Turnhout, Oedelem, Ostend (2), Brussels Evere, Brussels Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Beringen (2), Houthalen-Helchteren, Oudenburg and Halen.
