In continuation of the broad political agreement on compensation for mink breeders and associated industries affected by COVID-19, which was concluded on 25 January 2021, the Danish Building and Property Agency will be responsible for the demolition of the mink industry's production facilities. The Danish Building and Property Agency therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement on the demolition of mink production facilities located west of the Little Belt. The framework agreement covers, among other things, environmental remediation of contaminated building elements, demolition of all buildings, foundations, tanks, installations, paving, etc., soil management, including disposal of contaminated soil, filling of holes and grading of area as well as disposal of undeveloped movable property. The mink farms must also be delivered free of waste and demolition materials, both above and below ground. This framework agreement is one of two framework agreements for the geographically located areas east and west of the Little Belt. Reference is also made to the other tender documents.
