Delivery, installation and commissioning of a computer-controlled construction robot.
The device infrastructure is to be used to support the development, validation and implementation of future-oriented, new concepts in additive manufacturing for the construction industry. Basically, the device infrastructure should be able to manufacture concrete objects as well as modular components with the highest precision and accuracy, which are either not possible or too expensive with existing processes. The advertised system is to be understood as an integrated overall system, in which the hardware and software components as well as the printing materials have to be precisely coordinated with their own process control. The necessary synchronization of all hardware and software components involved in the manufacturing process is to be understood as an exclusion criterion.
The advertised device infrastructure consists of the following main components:
I. industrial robots, mobile,
II. Dosing and mortar pumps for material conveyance,
III. Modular pressure nozzles for e.g. Smoothing, reinforcement or printing width variance.
