The purpose of the framework agreement is the acquisition of individual mattresses for persons held in custody in the premises of the national police and the national gendarmerie. The framework agreement, single-beneficiary, will give rise to the award of subsequent contracts. Each subsequent contract will be executed by issuing purchase orders, concluded without minimum or maximum. The CCAG of reference is the CCAG / FCS. The estimated quantities, expressed over the duration of the framework agreement, are 11,600 mattresses. These indications cannot contractually bind the administration for the execution of the framework agreement.

The individual mattresses are intended for the premises of the national police and the national gendarmerie receiving persons in police custody, on French territory, in order to preserve their physical integrity during the time of deprivation of their freedoms.
