The contest is for a framework agreement for no-dig systems and manhole renovation for use in water and sewage projects.

The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement.

Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the following groups:

Group 1: Bulging, PE introduction and directional drilling - estimate: NOK 8,000,000 a year. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 48,000,000.

Group 2: Closely connected lining - estimate: NOK 4,000,000 a year. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 24,000,000.

Group 3: Stocking renovation - estimate: NOK 10,000,000 a year. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 48,000,000.

Group 4: Manhole renovation - estimate: NOK 2,000,000 a year. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 8,000,000.

All monetary amounts are excluding VAT.

Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with up to three tenderers in each group, if a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.
