Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for procurements of technical consultancy services to support work on the development and management of the contracting authority's website (system architecture).
The National Digital Learning Arena (NDLA) is hereby establishing a dynamic purchasing system for procurements of technical consultancy services to support work on the development and management of the contracting authority's website (system architecture). The contracting authority will use this scheme to procure technical consultancy services for both assistance, advice, and development. Procurements under the scheme can, amongst other things, be for the following areas:
— technical architecture and system advice,
— UX/user experience,
— taxonomy,
— H5P libraries,
— service and application development,
— code administration,
— integration and API development.

New providers can continually qualify for participation in the system. Only qualified suppliers will have access to the procurements published under the scheme.
